PC999 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights, Our Rules, Plain and Clear

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member", "You", "User") and PC999 ("pc999", "We", "Platform", "the Company") in connection with your use of the pc999 website and all services offered through it, including casino games, cricket betting, live casino, crash games and VIP services. By creating a pc999 account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account you hold at pc999.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in your pc999 account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit credited to your account under a specific promotion, subject to the wagering requirements of that promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you directly using a supported payment method, plus settled winnings that have been converted from bonus to real money status.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, entertainment and account management services offered on the pc999 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all pc999 accounts are denominated.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create or maintain a pc999 account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current Terms as published. These Terms are published in English and apply to all members, regardless of location.

To register and maintain an account at pc999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pc999 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own name and for your own benefit. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts and accounts held on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order at pc999 or any other gaming platform included in any shared exclusion register that pc999 participates in.
• You must not be a current employee, officer or contractor of pc999 or of any of its affiliated entities, nor a member of the immediate family of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. Any material false declaration at the time of registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

pc999 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal, before awarding any bonus, and at any other time that pc999 deems appropriate for security or compliance purposes. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address not more than three months old and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only at pc999. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support@pc999.biz immediately.

You are fully responsible for the security of your pc999 account, including:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your account access with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Reporting any suspected unauthorised access to your account to pc999 support immediately.
• Ensuring your registered email address and mobile number remain current and accessible to you. pc999 uses these for important account communications and verification.

pc999 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the member has failed to take reasonable security precautions. However, pc999 will investigate all reported security incidents and take reasonable action to protect affected members, including temporary account suspension pending investigation.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of pc999 complies with all laws applicable to them in their location. pc999 does not provide legal advice and does not represent that use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

Deposits. pc999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your pc999 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. pc999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. pc999 targets the following processing times:

• VIP members (Silver and above): within 10 minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay.
• Standard members: within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods.
• Bank IBFT transfers: same business day if submitted before 16:00 PKT; next business day otherwise.
• Card withdrawals: 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

Verification holds. pc999 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification. During such a hold, the member will be notified by email of the documents required and the expected processing timeline. pc999 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents.

Withdrawal conditions. Before withdrawing, members must have completed the wagering requirement on any active bonus funds. Withdrawing real money funds that are commingled with bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus portion and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds in that session. Real money funds are always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.

pc999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general bonus terms in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus. The pc999 welcome bonus offers new members a 100% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of Rs 200. The bonus is credited automatically within 5 minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20× (bonus amount) which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pc999 promotions:

• Only one bonus may be active at any time. If a new deposit qualifies for a promotion while a previous bonus is still active, the member must choose which bonus to activate.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets that contribute to the wagering requirement. Contributions from different game types are as follows: slots 100%, live casino games 20%, crash games 50%, sports/cricket betting 30%. These rates are subject to change and the current rates are displayed on the promotions page.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Rs 2,000 per single bet or round. Bets above this limit while bonus funds are present will not count towards wagering and winnings from such bets may be voided.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any evidence of coordinated bonus abuse — including collusion between multiple accounts or use of software to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• pc999 reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, provided that members who have already activated a bonus are permitted to complete the associated wagering requirement.

All casino games available at pc999 are operated in accordance with rules published within each game's information panel. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding game outcomes, the server-side game log maintained by pc999's software provider constitutes the definitive record of events.

RNG games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) at pc999 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and approved by recognised gaming testing laboratories. The RTP of each game is published in the game's information panel. Published RTPs represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Live casino games at pc999 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Live. These providers operate under their own gaming licences and are subject to independent certification requirements. In live games, physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) determines outcomes. pc999 has no ability to and does not manipulate live game outcomes. Any technical failure during a live game that prevents a round from completing will result in bets being returned to players' accounts.

Malfunctions. If a technical malfunction occurs during any game, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. pc999 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by factors outside its direct control, including internet connection issues on the member's side.

Cricket betting and all sports betting at pc999 is governed by the general Terms in this document and by the specific betting rules published within the sports betting section of the platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant sport-specific rules before placing bets.

Settlement rules. All cricket and sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, PSL governing body, etc.) within 24 hours of the final result being confirmed. In the event of a result being delayed, revised or overturned after initial settlement, pc999 reserves the right to revise settlements accordingly.

In-play betting. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of pc999 and are subject to live odds that reflect current match conditions. pc999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets confirmed before a market is suspended stand and will be settled at the odds at which they were accepted.

Abandoned and cancelled matches. If a cricket or sports event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed before the minimum playing time required for settlement purposes has elapsed (as specified in the sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Minimum play requirements for ODIs, T20Is and Tests are detailed in the cricket betting rules available on the pc999 platform.

• Bets placed after the official start of an event using odds that were valid only before the start are void.
• Duplicate bets — identical bets on the same market placed multiple times — may be voided at pc999's discretion.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. Current maximum win limits are published in the betting rules section.

The following actions are expressly prohibited at pc999 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment methods, or making false claims regarding bets, bonuses or withdrawals.
• Money laundering: Using pc999 for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity. pc999 maintains an active anti-money laundering (AML) programme and cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement investigations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to exploit games, manipulate betting markets or share account access in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, exploits, glitches or any other technical means to gain an advantage that is not available to other members playing manually.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal (chargeback) through your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit that was received and credited at pc999. Chargebacks are treated as fraud. All balances associated with a chargeback account will be frozen pending investigation.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account at pc999, regardless of the purpose.
• Underage gambling: Providing false date of birth information to circumvent the 18+ age requirement. pc999 will pursue all available legal remedies in confirmed underage gambling cases.

pc999 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual reviews of flagged accounts. Members subject to investigation will be notified and given the opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the platform or other members.

pc999 is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational standard. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are using pc999 for entertainment purposes, that you understand the nature of gambling and its associated risks, and that you take responsibility for your own gambling behaviour.

pc999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. No bets or deposits can be placed during a cool-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from pc999. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Options include 6 months, 1 year, 5 years and permanent exclusion.

pc999 will not contact self-excluded members with promotional communications during their exclusion period. If you believe you have received promotional communications in error during a self-exclusion period, contact support@pc999.biz immediately.

All content on the pc999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game content and data — is the intellectual property of pc999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pc999 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any pc999 content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on pc999 content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice from pc999 content.
• Use pc999 brand assets, including the pc999 name, logo or any associated marks, in any external communication, social media post or commercial context without prior written approval.

Game content provided by third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic, etc.) is subject to those providers' separate intellectual property rights and is used by pc999 under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or use of third-party game content is prohibited.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pc999's liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform is limited to the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pc999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.

Disclaimer. pc999 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to games or account management features. pc999 will endeavour to notify members of planned maintenance in advance and to minimise unplanned disruptions.

Dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your pc999 account, follow these steps:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat or Email: Contact pc999 customer support via live chat on the platform or by emailing support@pc999.biz. Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant reference numbers. pc999 aims to resolve all support queries at this stage.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through support, submit a formal written complaint to support@pc999.biz with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pc999 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Independent Dispute Resolution: If you remain dissatisfied after receiving pc999's formal response, you may escalate to an independent dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable service are provided in the formal complaint response.

Changes to Terms. pc999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect member rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered members by email at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor administrative amendments (for example, corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, along with the effective date.

Voluntary account closure. You may close your pc999 account at any time by contacting support@pc999.biz and requesting closure. Before closure, you must withdraw your full real money balance. Any active bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. pc999 will process the closure and confirm by email within 2 business days.

Account suspension and closure by pc999. pc999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• pc999 suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The member has become the subject of a self-exclusion request.
• Continuing to provide services to the member would put pc999 in breach of its legal or regulatory obligations.

Where an account is closed by pc999 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to the breach (for example, winnings from fraudulent play or bonus abuse) may be forfeited. Funds deposited by the member in good faith that are not connected to the breach will be returned after investigation.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 11 will be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon in the formal dispute escalation process.
